01 Little Dragons Ages 4–7

What we teach. Basic kicks, blocks and stances through games and partner drills, all sized to little bodies and short attention spans.

The goal. Build coordination, focus, and the first taste of respect and discipline. Kids learn to listen, take turns, and try again.

02 Junior Elite Ages 8–13

What we teach. Proper poomsae (forms), kicking technique, controlled sparring, and the full belt-grading curriculum.

The goal. Channel growing energy into self-discipline, athletic skill, and resilience. The toolkit kids need walking into their teens.

03 Adult Training Ages 14+

What we teach. Full taekwondo curriculum: sparring, self-defence applications, conditioning, and forms, taught from beginner to black belt.

The goal. Build real fitness, practical self-defence, and a lifelong practice. Total beginners are welcome at every class.

04 Competition Squad By Selection

What we teach. Advanced sparring strategy, video analysis, conditioning, weight management, and mental performance, with direct coaching from a two-time Olympian.

The goal. Prepare committed athletes to compete at national and international level on the Olympic pathway.
